Situation

A private hospital group with 58 hospitals and more than 600 partners faced the challenge of fundamentally transforming group-wide procurement performance and supplier collaboration. The aim was to sustainably reduce costs, shorten cycle times, and improve supplier relationships.

My Contribution

As General Manager Strategic & International Procurement, I was responsible for leading the transformation of strategic procurement.
– Directed strategic procurement and sourcing
– Redesigned supplier management, contracting, and compliance
– Executed group-wide transformation projects
– Introduced performance dashboards to measure and manage procurement efficiency
