Situation
A global MedTech, Pharma & Consumer Health corporation with approx. 140,000 employees worldwide faced the challenge of stabilizing and integrating its Business Unit in the DACH region following an acquisition. At the same time, a complex ERP and warehouse migration had to be executed without jeopardizing ongoing growth targets.
My Contribution
As Business Unit Director DACH, I assumed full responsibility for the integration and further development of the business unit.
– Led the post-merger integration at Business Unit level
– Directed P&L (€31M) as well as marketing, sales, operations & logistics
– Implemented territory planning and performance programs
– Steered ERP and warehouse migration while maintaining growth trajectory
