A global MedTech corporation with approx. 8,000 employees faced the challenge of bridging a critical leadership gap during a transformation phase in the EMEA region. The objective was to quickly improve commercial effectiveness, initiate a customer-centric redesign, and ensure organizational stability until a permanent successor was in place.

My Contribution

As Executive Consultant DACH – Transformation & Customer Centricity, I temporarily took on responsibility for key transformation initiatives.
