Situation
A global MedTech, Pharma & Consumer Health corporation with approx. 140,000 employees worldwide required temporary leadership to bridge a vacancy in strategic account management. The objective was to safeguard key client relationships, drive portfolio growth, and ensure a smooth handover to a permanent successor.
My Contribution
As Senior Commercial Account Manager (Interim), I took over responsibility for €67M in strategic accounts.
