Interim Leadership (temporary, full-time based): Temporary executive leadership role with full accountability for results – bridging critical vacancies, driving transformation, enabling commercial scaling, or stabilizing organizations in times of crisis – particularly within Medical Devices (MedTech).
Fractional Leadership (temporary, part-time based): Highly qualified, strategic yet hands-on leadership on a part-time or project-based basis – ideal when seasoned, pragmatic executive expertise is required, but a full-time commitment is not.
